We often let worry and fear dominate our lives, but God's word promises that if we cast our cares on the Lord Jesus Christ, His peace will guard our hearts and our minds.

Most of our battles are won or lost in the mind. With Christ's help, we can learn to see God's goodness no matter what our circumstances may be.

If you can't control what you think, then you can't control what you do. As followers of Jesus, we have to demolish strongholds of the enemy and train our minds to live by God's truth.

If we're going to win the war that's raging in our minds, the first step is to begin to demolish strongholds.
