Jesus promised His followers that they would have life, and that life would be an abundant life. In order to have that kind of life, we need a new beginning.

The tenth gate of the City of God is named after Gad, whose name means "troop." This gate reminds us that we are part of a God-ordained army to carry the gospel to the whole earth.

After Jesus' resurrection and just before His ascension into heaven, He gave His followers a mission that changes everything about how we live our lives and what priorities we pursue. Jesus' mission for us is to go and tell everyone about the good news of salvation.

The ninth gate of the City of God is named after Zebulun, whose name means "dwelling." This gate reminds us that God wants to dwell with us and He wants us to dwell with Him for eternity!

In order to see the change the Lord desires for us, we need to go deeper into our relationship with Jesus, deeper into the Word, and deeper in our walk with the Holy Spirit. When we go deeper, everything changes!

The eighth gate of the City of God is named after Issachar, whose name means "hire," or "price." This gate reminds us that we were redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. He purchased our salvation!
