Most people think that peace is the absence of conflict in their lives, but real peace goes well beyond our comfort and convenience. The greatest peace of all is the peace we find as we walk with our Great Shepherd, and it's a peace that holds even in the midst of the worst storms of life.

A desperate nobleman came to Jesus and begged Jesus to go home with him because his son was on death's door. Jesus healed the boy, but He didn't do it the way the nobleman expected Him to do it. The man had to exercise faith without sight.

We've all had times in our lives when we hoped for something, but ended up being bitterly disappointed. Jesus shows us how we can have a hope that will last forever!

When we're broken in the right places, the light of God shines out of our lives, the knowledge of Christ permeates the atmosphere like a perfume, those hungry for truth are fed, and lives are changed because of the sacrifice of Jesus.

Many people struggle with believing in God because they can't reconcile a God that is good and all-powerful, yet allows evil to remain in existence. However, the problem of evil is an even greater dilemma for those who don't believe in God.
