Everyone faces moments when the weight of the world is too much to bear and you feel like giving up. When that moment comes, you need a true friend who won't abandon you or ignore you, but will spur you on toward the fulfillment of God's plan for your life.

A person who claims to follow Christ who doesn't work hard to earn their living (if they are able) harms the reputation and witness of the church. Paul tells us how to treat such a person and reminds us of the grace of God that helps us live the way Christ calls his people to live.

A true friend always does what is best for his or her friends. A God-honoring, Christ-centered friendship will do the hard things to make sure a friend doesn't do things that cause harm to their walk with God.

We are called to stand firm and hold fast to the truth we've been given even during times of intense suffering or persecution. The good news is that when we grow weary, God renews our strength.

Jesus wants His church to be either cold or hot, but lukewarm isn't an option. However, being hot or cold is probably not what you thought it was.

Paul gives us a glimpse of the future by telling us about the man of lawlessness who will arise. The great news is that Jesus wins in the end!
