The Apostle Paul had a thorn in his flesh., a weakness, with which he had to deal. He prayed three times for the Lord to remove it. God finally told him that He wasn't going to remove it, but that His grace would be sufficient and that His power would be put on display in Paul's weakness. Paul learned that when we are weak, His strength is enough.

Gentleness (or meekness) is often misunderstood by today's culture. Many seem to think it implies weakness. However, gentleness is really power under God's control.

Everyone in the world goes through storms in life. Followers of Jesus have the assurance that Jesus is with them through those storms.

Not only does our Shepherd give us contentment and peace, but He also offers us purpose in life.
