A few years after Isaac, the promised child, was born, Abraham faced a pivotal moment in his journey of faith. It was the most faith-filled, yet frightening moment any of us could imagine as God asked Abraham to lay his Isaac on the altar pf sacrifice.

The story of Gideon shows us that God can do miraculous things in us and through us when we remember that He is with us, so we don't have to be strong.
